We don't have a minimum home value, instead we prefer to proudly feature homes which love being lived in.

We've made a conscious decision to keep our client-base manageable, and we offer be-spoke marketing to every home we present.  As a result we aim to partner with a maximum of ten families at any given time, allowing us to dedicate our full attention to achieving the best possible outcome.  We’re convinced this achieves the best results for everyone involved.   

Operating from private offices in central Wokingham, we are owned & led by our Co-Founders who, with over 40 years of experience in the Berkshire property market, are able to offer a trusted hand with all your property needs.  From a sales consultation to helping you find your new home, we’re here to help.

I joined the business world in 1989, in a particularly fast paced & entrepreneurial environment, and over a 14 year period I was able to work with some fantastic people (including my original mentor) while learning ‘business’ and developing transferable skills.

Fast forward to 2003 and a new opportunity presented itself when I was able to launch & lead an Estate & Letting Agency in central Wokingham with my business partner Teresa (more about her below…).

In 2013 we passed the reins to new owners and I joined the wider property industry, enjoying various roles all of which led to launching Quarters in 2018.

I am a proud Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the National Association of Estate Agents and a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Handling the sale of someone's largest asset is not something I'll ever take lightly.  The trust our clients put into me still blows me away, but this strong partnership goes on to produce some amazing results for them.

Starting my first sales role in 1987 I’ve seen many changes in approach, but have never believed in cutting corners.  A successful sale needs to be right for the buyer and the seller, and central to this is integrity and a full understanding of what both parties want to achieve.  I don’t believe this will ever change.

I’ve been in the property business in the Wokingham area since 2003, including launching, building, and selling a successful high street Estate & Letting Agency with Nick.  I have lived in the town for 20 years and have older children who’ve grown up here.  I know almost all of the parks, restaurants, transport links, clubs, schools, regeneration plans, car parking spaces and, of course, coffee shops!

Quarters is our own business - we’ve thought hard about how it works for our clients, and we’re committed to providing something out of the ordinary.

I can provide clients with insights and referrals from my strong local network, which includes investors, developers, land agents, auctioneers, relocation agents, brokers & professional advisors.  I work with the Home Staging Association, and Quarters has invested in quality furnishings to bring showhome appeal to empty properties.   Just like humans, most properties look better when properly dressed!
